How much does shipping cost?

We are happy to offer free Standard shipping within the United States to all customers on all purchases.

How long does shipping take?

For shipping times, all orders over $75 qualify for Free Expedited shipping within the continental US and can be expected in 2-4 business days. Orders under $75 receive Free Standard Shipping and can be expected in 5-7 business days.

Estimated shipping times for specific addresses can be viewed by going to the HAPP Brand Store, selecting the item(s) you desire and proceeding to the checkout screen. Enter the shipping address into the proper spaces to receive an estimate of shipping times displayed.

Delivery estimates are highly accurate, however, they are not guaranteed. Unfortunately delays beyond our control may occur, especially during peak seasons, therefore, please allow 10 business days for delivery. If your shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, your order will be delayed.

How long is shipping outside of the continental United States (Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico)?
  • Shipping generally takes 1-2 weeks, but please allow up to 4 weeks for delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?

No, we do not currently offer expedited shipping.

What if my order has been returned to sender?

Orders that have been returned to sender will be treated as regular returns and refunded upon receipt, minus the cost of shipping. If you would still like to receive your item, please place another order through our website and make sure the address is correct.

I think my package was lost or stolen

HAPP Brand cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was lost or stolen please contact your shipping provider or local post office. You can refer to your tracking information to determine which shipping provider to contact.

Please note, lost packages must be reported within 30 days of the expected delivery date for for an investigation to be opened.

I think there is an item missing from my shipment

Occasionally packages containing multiple items are sent from different locations to ensure a faster delivery time for the majority of the items.

Please check your tracking information to determine if multiple packages have been sent.

If it appears all expected packages have been delivered, but there are still missing items, please reach out to help@happbrand.com
