I think there is an item missing from my shipment
Occasionally packages containing multiple items are sent from different locations to ensure a faster delivery time for the majority of the items.
Please check your tracking information to determine if multiple packages have been sent.
If it appears all expected packages have been delivered, but there are still missing items, please reach out to help@happbrand.com
Please note, missing items must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date for for an investigation to be opened.
